You can arrive and check-in at the property up until 12 PM.
If you are not able to arrive before 12 PM, you can request a late check-in by contacting the property at least 1 day in advance.

You can check out no later than 12 PM on the last day of your reservation. However, you can leave your baggage at the front desk if you need to stay a couple more hours before your flight, for example.

That’s a great question and we love pets, too! There are several rooms that are available with a pet-friendly package and it includes a $15 extra fee per pet. This would go towards extra cleaning and making sure that your loved one has the necessary accommodation, too. 

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance before your check-in date. We would definitely appreciate earlier notice, because this helps us adjust to the change. That said, we understand that everyone has their circumstances.

Yes. Just let us know when you are making the reservation, or choose the King room when you are making the reservation. 

We would love to help you arrive to your room as quickly and safely as possible. You can call us by phone and ask to arrange the taxi in advance. We’d need to know your estimated arrival time so we can schedule the ride in advance.

Yes, and the coverage is great all around the hotel. If you experience any kind of issues with the WiFi, please just let us know. Quick and stable internet is truly a necessity today, and we believe that, too.
